Required specialty:

• BA or Master degree in Business Management,Industrial Engineering or related field;

Responsibilities:

• Managing factory operations, directing the Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Planning, R&D, Sales and other Support Functions to achieve their short term and long term business commitments;
• Developing and inspiring a common vision and engagement with both short term / long term targets for the Plant Management Team in accordance with agreed business strategy;
• Directing the Core and Support Functions through the functional line managers to ensure the smooth planning and the factory operation to deliver agreed product quality, costs, efficiency, sales and safety targets;
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards;
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results;
• Ensures that business systems are in place to provide the necessary business controls, measures and reports in accordance with corporate requirements, business ethics and to minimize business risk.
• Ensures maximum plant capacity utilization throughout the year based on sales commitment.

Requirements:

• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Proven work experience as a Production Factory Director;
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
• Able to inspire people and communicate vision and purpose;
• Able to conceptualize strategy, imagine possibilities and convert them to reality, and agile thinker;
• Strong in planning, organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines, deliver results and work under pressure;
• Multi-cultural adaptability and good interpersonal skills;
• Integrity, trust and the courage to manage difficult situations.
