Subject: Tender on Medical Insurance of GIZ National Personal and their family members

GIZ-Baku Office would like to announce a tender on medical insurance of national employees and their family members.

Should you be interested in submitting us your proposal according to the medical service description (Annex 1) we request you to submit us your proposal latest by 29th of November 2017, 12:00 a.m. to the following address: GIZ, Nizami str. 22, 5th floor, AZ1001, Baku Azerbaijan

Proposals should be submitted in stamped and sealed envelopes. The proposals should include your company profile, list of organizations insured by your company, list of hospitals and pharmacies, which you cooperate. Pls. indicate minimum and maximum age limit for insurance of family members in your proposal as well.

Participation of agent companies for medical insurance will not be accepted.

The proposals received will be evaluated by the GIZ office Baku.

The evaluation of the proposals will be finished on 04.12.2017. The contract with the selected company will come into force on 20th of December 2017.
