We are looking for a competent Sales and Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the freight forwarding operations for the company.

A main asset for a Sales Logistics Coordinator is communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Actively sell company service products to assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships
• Issue transportation requests and submit the rates to customers
• Prepare contracts with the customers
• Place and supervise customer orders
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, hauler companies and etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Check correctness and confirm accompanying shipping papers
• Provide Customs Manager with correct shipping documents
• Maintaining a database and records of customers and of completed orders
• Monitor active payment status between customers
• Assist department Manager in compiling Sales and Logistics issues

Requirements:

• Education:  University degree;
• A minimum of 1-2 years related experience in Freight Forwarding and logistics industry;
• Computer skills:  Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer; Microsoft outlook
• Language skills: Azerbaijani - native, Russian – Upper-intermediate; English - upper-intermediate,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.

Salary: negotiable and depends from the experience of the candidate
