Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of 

Market Research Manager

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Market Research and Internal Surveys: Analyzing dynamics, trends and performance of the competitors in local market. Monitoring the international trends in telecommunication industry and their impact on commercial strategy of the company.
• Senior expertise in analysing and interpreting customer  data, revealing behavior trends and predicting next actions with models, independetly as well as in team.
• Making data analysis supported suggestions in order to adapt existing product and service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings.
• Creation of analytical and statistical models aiming to understand segment needs and developing new special offers for each segment group and fulfillment of consept tests.
• Active participation and leading of BI/DWH/Data Mining Projects in commercial domain of the company.
• Supporting coordination of survey team for execution of planned and ad-hoc survey, concept testing acccording the operational roadmap.
• Supporting all the departments in making correct business decisions based on conducted analyzes
• Coaching and supporting team members and interns in their professional development.

Required education and work experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Applied Math, Computer science, Komputer engineering or equivalent areas.
• MSc or MBA will be an advantage. 
• More than 2 years of work experience in Research in Telecom, FMCG or Financial Sector
• More than 2 years of work experience in business analytics, reporting or datamining, data modelling or forecasting, consumer analytics in Telecommunication, FMCG  and Financial Sectors.

• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
• Ability to work in non-working hours
