Role: Training Administrator
Main Responsibilities:
• To ensure all administrative requirements are completed in time
• Prepare financial and other weekly and monthly reports (including accruals)
• Prepare Sales Quotation/Proposals for training requests in Navision
• To prepare Sales Orders, Client POs and other backups for Financial Dept in order to raise invoices timely
• Raise POs in Navision assigned against Training Department budget
• Communicate with Clients in order to get their POs and other document backups as quick as possible
• Ensure that all course handouts are prepared for forthcoming courses
• Prepare all course certificates and send them to Clients on weekly basis (every Monday)
• Arrange lunch and transport provision on daily basis
• Answer general phone calls in office as required
• Any other duties as required by Training Manager to ensure efficient running of the department
Qualifications:
Essential
• Advanced level in Azeri, Russian and English languages
• High School Graduate
Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge:
Essential
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience in administration role
• Ability to develop and improve processes and work activity
