Title: Tendering Department Manager

Location: Russia

JOB DUTIES

• Analyzing the requirements within the customers instructions;
• Designing a solution that meets these requirements;
• Developing a compelling proposal that will meet the requirements and stand out from other bids;
• Producing a pricing structure that will win the bid as well as produce a profit by the end of the project;
• Minimizing risk and maximizing the impact of the tender;
• Sticking to tight deadlines;
• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations;
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation;
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
• Contribution in cost and price calculations;
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.

REQUIREMENTS
 
• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Civil;
• At least 5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in Oil and Gas construction field
• Knowledge and experience in preparing BOQs, estimation and budgeting;
• Preparing a tender for a project in Russia and excellent knowledge of SMETA is a must;
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Open and innovation mind, technical management, human relation know-how;
• Managing complex issues and International experience.
