Job Description
Position: “Retail Specialist (Expeditor/Satış Nümayəndəsi)” - Shaki, Qabala, Ismailli and Lankaran regions
Department: CBG
Position Responsibilities:
• Daily retailer shop visit
• Promote new products
• Maintain clean, organized display consistent with Huawei guideline
• Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources (POP materials, Visual Displays)
• Target and Develop new dealers
• Preparing weekly reports on visits
̵• Sell-out data
̵• Display share data
̵• Market share info
• Information about competitors
̵• Best selling models
̵• Problems dealers face regarding Huawei product
̵• Track sales trends
• Preparing weekly reports on visits , above information and activities of other brands
• Reporting and planning on “how to improve in shop branding” in retailer shops
• Control the Floor Salesman motivation program status
• On job training of sales staff of retailers
• Maintain an active/productive dialog with dealer / sales personnel to understand their needs, problems, issues, etc
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Proven sales relevant experience (experience in field sales and/or handset business is desirable)
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and dealer owners
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
• PC proficiency
This position requires only Azerbaijan citizenship, Shaki, Qabala, Ismailli, Lankaran regions!
