Job Title: Network Operation Center (NOC) Operator
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responds to and resolves Alarms including, event and incident management with a focus on improving Network availability through process and change management.
Reports analysis for Network trends and emphasizes initial fault analysis and troubleshooting based on impact and priority
Communicates network status frequently both verbally, and through writing.
Documents processes and work flows that allow for interactive communication and team work.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
22-25 years old
Experience working in Network Operations Center or Technical Support
Requires moderate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Word , Excel, Outlook
Requires the ability to read and follow company processes and use critical thinking skills to provide corrective actions
Requires CCENT or CCNA certification
Requires English and Azerbaijani languages, Russian language is desirable.
Must be willing to work a changing schedule in a 24x7, 365 day environment, including on-call rotation
Salary: 500 AZN NET
