RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuous improvement and strategy implementations
• Negotiation of contracts, supplier management and implementation of category strategies.
• Implement strategic sourcing initiatives
• Optimizing of the purchase process
• Full management of Procurement Department
• Source all company requirements, locally and internationally
• Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery, quality and terms of payment
• Coach and guide subordinates
• Develop, evaluate and implement procurement policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain approved Vendor list and evaluate on a continuous basis.
• Negotiate new contracts, where applicable

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years procurement and strategic sourcing experience
• Experience dealing with suppliers and contractors
• Good Communication and Presentation skills

• Ability to train subordinates
