QA/QC Engineer
We need candidates for fit-out activities.
Duration: (4 – 5 months)
DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General duties
o Assist and/or prepare Project Quality Engineering Plan
o Define engineering deliverables and provide QA/QC inputs to Scope of Work.
o Guide & direct the Site engineer to ensure that all deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements set forth by the client.
o Conduct external audit/surveillance to Engineering subcontractor, vendors and suppliers
o Lead the development and implementation of the quality management system, quality and technical integrity assurance framework and the establishment of the verification assurance audit program for the project.
o Provide technical guidance and QA/QC support for procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, design reviews during FEED and detailed engineering.
o Responsible for the technical decision making and engineering decision on quality assurance and quality control(QA/QC).
o Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments.
o Promote to the team initiatives related to Quality
o Performs onsite QA/QC Checks /weekly/monthly
Other duties
o Perform other duties as assigned;
o Provide leadership and assistance where needed within the company;
o Preserve confidentiality of the company’s business activities and customer information;
o Cooperate with the management of the company in order to achieve legal compliance and meet our own Quality, Health & Safety and Environment standards;
o Not take risks which could affect own or other persons’ Health and Safety.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Level of Education: Bachelor degree in Quality Management or Engineering field.
Experience: 3 years experience in Construction/Engineering

- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity
Language skills
- English and preferably Azeri and Russian;
PC literacy
- MS Office Programs
