Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of 

Brand and Advertisement Manager

Role and Main responsibilities:

• To manage the development and execution of ATL and BTL advertising campaigns, associated plans and activities
• To assist Marcom Director to create and develop the marcom strategy (quarterly and annual) from brand and advertising perspective
• Be responsible for the development of annual marketing communications budgets.
• To elaborate marketing initiatives, communication tactics tailored to the objectives of business
• To oversee marketing specialist in development of creative brief to define directions for the advertising agencies in the frames of a certain project
• To build effective relationship with all the necessary stakeholder within marketing department and in Nar overall in order to ensure that Brand and Advertising department is managed effectively and is up to date with all changes / trends
• To communicate strategy to other departments and units to ensure consistent communication within marketing department (including PR, media and product and services)
• Close liaison with Products and Services department to ensure that P&S roadmap is always updated and is reflected in Marketing plan of brand and advertising unit.
• To manage and build positive relationship with agencies, suppliers and vendors
• To maintain and increase brand’s positive image, strengthening its position on the market
• To effectively manage Brand and Advertising unit, motivate team and deliver strategy aligned results

Required education and work experience:

• University Degree  in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration and Management
• At least 4  years of experience in Marketing, Branding or Advertising (experience in a large cooperation, technology companies and 360 marketing executions is preferable)
