Summary and Purpose of Role:
To provide administration support to Operations Director
Areas of Responsibility Include:

Reporting to Operations Director
Work directly with operations management team
Works with other head office functions
Job Role Responsibilities:
Prepare daily and weekly reports on store performance
Manage correspondence ensuring deadlines are met
Organization of meetings including minutes preparation
Control appointments diary
Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, analysis and studies as directed by Operations Director
Act as translator as required
Accompany on store visits as required

Position Qualification Knowledge
Degree holder ( business related desirable)
Microsoft Office advanced level
Fluent English is required( written and spoken)
