Head of Supply Chain Department
To control the work of the department included in the Supply Chain division; to implement the annual action plans.
Conducting of periodic analysis and preparation of report for top management
Key responsibilities:
Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities;
To supervise compliance in the company to labour legislation and orders by top management in the sites; to ensure preparation of statistical reports; to supervise work of the departments employees; and to direct and regulate their activities;
Controls timely delivery of the goods within the country and from abroad to the base and import / export operations;
Controls delivery of documents of imported goods to accounting department;
Controls accuracy of customs declarations of imported and exported goods;
To control various goods and services consistent with established procurement procedure;
To control that procurement documents are maintained in a systematic retrievable manner;
To control production processes, organization of labour and working conditions in warehousing area; and to supervise identification of the potential for the increase of labour productivity;
To control storage in the warehouses of the product values; and to ensure bookkeeping of the activity in the warehouses.
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education.
• Previous experience 5+ years
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
• Demonstrate good communication skills;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian).
