Area Sales Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Job:
 
The post holder will be responsible for  the sales in Caspian region including Azerbaijan, Georgia.

Area Sales Coordinator is responsible for informing, providing guidance to and auditing the assigned distributors on all technical, financial and strategic operations, which they are required to fulfil. Additionally on matters related to auditing, planning, organisation and execution; ensuring that the company and distributors meet their profit targets, by identifying the needs of the region where the distributor is located and by arranging sales and marketing activities
 
Key Accountabilities of the Job:
 
•  Informing, providing guidance to and auditing the distributors in identifying the needs and demands, planning and implementing product sales and sales channel activities.
•  Determining, analyzing and evaluating the Distributor’s sales targets.
•  Providing advisory services and guidance to the Distributors to improve their organizational profitability and financial structure.
•  Providing advisory services to the Distributors in observing the relevant changes in the local and national market and economy and making the necessary adjustments.
•  Ensuring and supervising the route planning and visits associated with the plan.
•  Conducting the department activities in line with the HSSE practices and rules while conforming to the Company ethical values, policies and procedures; ensuring that all HSSE requirements prescribed by the Company are fulfilled by the Distributor.
 
Education & Experience:
 
 University degree preferably in economics, engineering or business administration
 Minimum three years experience in sales, preferably distributor management experience.
 English, Russian, Azeri: fluent

 Preferably product and market knowledge

Salary: 1000 - 1500 USD + Bonus
