Position: F&B Team Leader at Bilgah Beach Hotel Baku

General purpose:

Assists the Outlet Manager and/ or Assistant Outlet Manager to plan, organise and supervise all processes of the outlet and provides hands-on support to food and beverage colleagues to ensure the outlet provides quality service that is consistent with the Hotel Standard Operating Procedures and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.

Main Duties

• Sets a personal example for right conduct and behaviour for an open eyed, respected and effective supervision.
• Provides hands-on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests;
• Ensures that effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas;
• Handles a station providing a specialist advice on food and beverages to guest’s up-selling the menu;
• Make sure guests orders receive the food, beverages and services they order, must seek the assistance of the immediate supervisor and reports the issue to the Outlet Manager if corrective action is required;
• Conducts team briefing and training as delegated by the Outlet Manager;
• Performs opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening;
• Performs other duties may be assigned by the management;

Requirements:

• Good command of Azeri, Russian and English
• High School Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality
• Experience in food & beverage
• Pleasing and out-going personality
