General purpose:

To ensure complete recovery and accountability of the property’s funds.
Responsible for the maintenance of the property’s total cash collection and house bank. The daily cash collection must be deposited in the bank on the next open day. To provide total cash handling and banking service to the property

Main Duties

• Receive cash and make proper change.
• Complete all transactions required by Hotel.
• Issue receipts when requested or when required.
• Separate and categorize hard checks and chits by tender type.
• Prepare all logs and forms as required.
• Review tips with server and balance before tips paid out.
• Have knowledge of all register functions.
• Upkeep of station and outlet equipment.
• Perform all other job related duties as requested.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of money handling experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent customer skills.
• Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous MICROS experience.
• Able to effectively communicate in English Russian and Azerbaijani.
