“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking a Senior Specialist of MIS and Internal Reporting Division (MIS Function)

PASHA Bank was established in 2007, is a leading corporate bank in Azerbaijan. We have investment banking, trade finance, basic financial services, including asset management, as well as offer a comprehensive set of services for small and medium enterprises. The Bank's main areas of non-oil sector of the economy - agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Creation of an effective control system over:
• all bank operations in the CBS for the presence of non-standard operations, correctness of on the balance sheet postings;
• operation in all portfolios (loans, deposits, securities, foreign exchange transactions);
• the presence and movement of assets (resources) and its rational use in accordance with internal rules, specifications and estimates;
• Reporting to external bodies;
• Control over the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial information used for decision-making
• the correctness of conducting the financial, managerial and tax accounting;
Monitoring compliance with:
• financial indicators set by CBA and bank's budget;
• limits set by the Treasury as well as Asset and Liability Management Committee of the bank

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level relevant  of experience : 3-7  years

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Knowledge of SQL
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
• Ability and experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation
