Position: Visual Merchandising Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives, replenishes, & displays all showroom furniture & accessories;
• Follow internal Visual Merchandising procedures and guidelines:
• Ensure that all the goods are presented well to the customer and are pleasing to the eye;
• Give the sales persons instruction on the arrangement of goods and ensure that they know how the gods are supposed to be arranged;
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store;
• Move around the store and ensure that everything is according to the visual design they had in mind;
• Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in related field 3 - 5 years;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of computer programs;
• Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines;
• Good Organizational Skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
