General purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Storekeeper to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining warehouse infrastructure.

Main Duties

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Supply technicians with spare parts, consumable, supplies and equipment
• Process and distribute documentation with purchase orders
• Report, documents and track damages and discrepancies on orders received 
• Maintain records of all deliveries 
• Fill supply requisitions
• Receive, store, tag and track warehouse items
• Ship cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
• Handling documentation in storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Maintain the warehouse, record area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Ensure all requirements and storage condition as specified by the manufacturer
• Ensure clean safe and healthy work environment in warehouse
• Attend and participate in the daily engineering meetings
• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager
• Perform any other engineering duty assigned by DOE and Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• Graduation from high school or equal certification at minimum
• Two years increasingly responsible experience working in warehouse and storage operations
• Hotel operations experience is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC basics would be appreciated
• Must be a highly organized
• Good command of  English language
