Job Title: Transport Site Inspector
Project: South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion
Work location: Camps in Goranboy and Aghstafa regions
Reports to: Transport Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicles or other equipment for evidence of abuse, damage, or mechanical malfunction.
• Inspect vehicles or equipment to ensure compliance with rules, standards, or regulations.
• Inspect accessories, air lines, and electric circuits.
• Check for damage, broken headlines, leaks, and faulty blinkers.
• Test vehicle for wear-and-tear damage.
• Inspects and assesses the condition of all of the vehicles’ essential mechanical systems and components.
• Check for improper adjustment.
• Approve or deny vehicular inspection and issue inspection stickers (Pass sticker if approved);
• Suggest improvements to vehicle that fails inspection.
• Keep records of vehicles inspected (Check-list).
• Check for illegal equipment installed on vehicle.
• Check oil and fluids.
• Check preventive maintenance programs.
• Investigate complaints, accidents, and operations.
• Prepares reports based on findings from the inspections to be presented to the fleet's manager and/or mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as Site Inspector
• Candidates have professional experience within BP projects will be preffered.
