Payroll Specialist

Location: Khirdalan

Main responsibilities:

  Process and submit monthly payroll
  Calculation of annual/unpaid/sick leaves
  Calculation of overtimes/night shifts
  Calculation and processing of termination payments
  Support employees with their questions regarding salary calculation and other issues
  Work with electronic timekeeping systems (ERP) and review the information for completeness and accuracy
  Working with state electronic system for the calculation sick leaves and their delivery to Social Protection found
  Working with monthly timesheets
  The calculation of provisions for bonuses and unused vacations
  Regular reports to the SPF
  Preparation of income tax reports
  Working with the judicial writ of execution
  Daily work in the Monolith system (ERP): the input of updates and changes
  Participation in the formation of the budget for the costs of personnel and comparison with the fact
  Leading of Compensation & Benefits processes

Requirements:

  3-4 years of experience in payroll accounting and in review of payroll calculations;
  Excellent technical knowledge of local payroll, payroll taxes and Labour Code regulations;
  University degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting and HR;
  Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian. English is an advantage;
  Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, LN, 1C) is a must;
  Maturity to build and maintain successful client relationships;
  Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits processes in HR area.
