TICKETING MANAGER (TOURISM/TRAVEL)
Responsibilities:
• Delivering information about flights timetable, place availability, the most efficient tariffs, special offers etc. to customer
• Ensuring effective order processing
• Booking and issuing tickets
• Preparing all necessary documents to buy tickets
• Serving corporate clients
Requirements:
• Education: high or incomplete high
• English language: upper intermediate
• Microsoft Office: advanced user
• Knowledge and ability to work with international booking systems
• High speed work and confidence in own actions
• Personal characteristics: sociability, patience, accuracy, punctuality.
