MARKETING MANAGER (TOURISM/TRAVEL)

Responsibilities:

• Developing from scratch and applying marketing strategy for standard sale of tours and new unknown direction of travel consultancy in the market
• Dealing with contextual advertising, social networks, promotions, coupon systems, thematic forums etc.
• Developing cost efficient and creative methods of market promotion
• Arranging development and support of company’s website, its usability, marketing texts, forums
• Analysing services package, pricing, creative proposals for new services
• Analysing the market, determining room in the market and target segment etc.

Requirements:

• Higher field-specific education
• A quick analytical mind combined with non-standard thinking
• Sociable, perfect oral and verbal speech, ability to express own opinion clearly
• Team player, result-oriented
• Ability to find creative solutions
• Extensive work experience in marketing, preferably in service field, start-up experience
• Willingness to develop new direction from scratch, brainstorming, training new associates in a team
• Independence, initiativity, vigorous
• Related to special nature of business, knowing English is very desirable, at least at the level of understanding (in order to study foreign practice
