Job description:
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team.
• Establish and update the outlet’s database of regular guests
• Tour the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Be actively involved in the outlets promotional activities.
• Maintains a high level of Member contact during service hours.
• Prepares daily reports detailing sales, problems, complaints, ideas, employee feedback, etc.
• Fosters a teamwork spirit within the staff.
• Presents a professional image through dress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills Essential
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• At least 2 years’ experience at shop management position
• Knowledge on basic business math and accounting skills
• Advanced Computer skills (MS office)
