Job Title:  Receiving Operator

Summary and Purpose of Role:

Responsible for registering of goods and/or services against Purchase Orders in the Inventory System based on the information provided by the Receiving Team Leader.
Responsible for completion of all duties in according with Company Policies, Procedures and HSE requirements.
 
Areas of Responsibility Include:

Supervision:
  Report to the Receiving Team Leader.

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Register deliveries of goods and /or services against Purchase Orders in the Inventory System based on the information provided by the Store Operations section leader.
 Control receivers work in time
 Check in inbound inventory and administer the processing
 Responsible for monitoring the returns process
 Report about damages, shortages and discrepancies.
 Lease within finance department for Invoice queries.
 Ensuring high value of merchandise store collecting. 
 Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording system.
 Control cleanness of receiving area.

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Equivalent work experience in relevant job
 A highly-motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach,
 Result Oriented.

 Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
 Well organized with excellent time
 Good I.T understanding

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

 Moderate physical activity.
 Requires handling of weight objects, or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
 Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
