You will be expected to:

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns from inception to execution
• Execute strategic long term partnerships
• Establish relationships internally and externally with local organizations
• Manage a pipeline of partnerships
• Develop strategies to create innovative and KPI driven partnerships that move the needle.
• Model out new partnership concepts to ensure they fit business KPI’s.
• Supervise the sign off of marketing campaigns, liaising with legal, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in scaling marketing initiatives.
• Data driven decision making.
• High degree of creativity - truly exceptional and unique ideas that will get everyone talking.
• Strong copywriting experience
• Some Business Development experience will be a plus
• Hustle - Uber moves fast, and runs lean. It’s a marathon at sprint pace. You're a fun, charismatic, people person who can talk to anyone; flexible and fearless, you’re also excited to help build something awesome, share it with the world and bust your ass doing it.
