Research and consulting company ACT Azerbaijan is announcing vacancy on a Fieldwork Manager position.

ACT Azerbaijan is looking for motivated, well-organized, sociable person interested in research field. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 Planning of the quantitative fieldwork;
 Coordinating and monitoring of the quantitative fieldwork;
 Giving feedback on processes and problems aroused during the fieldwork;
 Calcucating and monitoring budget of fieldwork;
 Delivering training to interviewers before each project;
 Managing the field staff (interviewers, revisors, coding specialists) and recruiting new ones in case of necessity;
 Supporting project manager on all stages of the survey project.

Main requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree (degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or other humanitarian fields will be an advantage);
 Experience in research or marketing field.

Required skills:

 Literacy in computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
 Knowledge of English and   Russian languages;
 Strong verbal and oral communication skills;
 Ability of analytical and critical thinking;
 High sense of responsibility;
 Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
 Self-organization and attentiveness towards details.
