Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Construction Materials Engineer to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions for application of the existing and new construction materials. Organize approval of technical solutions of respective agencies;
• Prepare test results of construction materials;
• Calculate thermal conductivity and other factors of construction materials;
• Control application of construction materials on site and prepare respective reports;
• Conduct feasibility studies of the application of construction materials in specific projects;
• Define professional requirements to construction materials through intensive research and communication with all involved parties (architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, foremen, construction engineers);
• Research for new construction materials and services;

Requirements:

• Experience in construction projects, evaluation and selection of construction materials, control of construction, development of technical solutions for construction materials, application of new construction materials
• Experience in work with state agencies and other parties involved into construction industry
• Strong presentation skills
• Project management and coordination, project team motivation skills
• Analytical skills: application of construction materials, calculation of use of construction materials
• Good communication skills, stress tolerance
• Client-oriented mind, ability to meet tight deadlines
