Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Analyst to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop specifications and technical requirements for procurement of materials, services and equipment;
• Collect and analyze quotations for supply of materials, services and equipment;
• Research issues related to the import and export of construction materials and services;
• Organize import of construction materials and services in coordination with procurement department;
• Coordinate implementation of projects in pipeline and develop regular reports;
• Involve respective subject experts into projects;
• Collect information and prepare documents required in the process of project implementation;
• Conduct researches on the topics related to business development in construction;

Requirements:

• Experience in research and procurement of materials, services (construction, mounting of equipment) and equipment for establishment of production. Experience in import-export operations. Experience in the development of feasibility studies is preferable.
• Strong presentation skills
• Procurement and project management and coordination skills
• Analytical skills: feasibility studies of production units
• Good communication skills, stress tolerance
• Client-oriented mind, ability to meet tight deadlines
