Head of B2B Sales/SME/SoHo

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan own team strategies, objectives and budget that are in line with overall company strategy, commercial division targets and budget; 
• Coordinate and follow up projects, action plans and budgets to achieve those objectives;
• Make regular surveys of SME/SOHO market and identify prospect customers;
• Supports development of policies and procedures for retail SOHO and SME matters;
• Provides input to the direct manager on ongoing development of SOHO and SME business and further expanding of this segment;
• Ensures that in cooperation with the Sales Support customer complaints are dealt timely;
• Follows up regularly key performance indicators of SOHO and SME business as well as contribute to their further growth and improvement;
• Develop and review the sales quotations related to SOHO and SME.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase indirect sales and business accounts, expand markets and promote business.
• Prepare and plan individual and group targets/plans, monitor achievements of each Corporate Sales Specialist;
• Coordinate communication of SME/SOHO segment requirements and needs, market trends and etc. with marketing and relevant divisions of the company;
• Set KPIs and have full information and report on churn rate, payments, debts, subscription numbers and all KPIs of SME/SOHO segment and raise the issue to the B2B Sales Head or all necessary departments involved in case of necessity of urgent interference; participate in developing the necessary plan / actions timely and in efficient manner;
• Develop good relations between company and SME/SOHO clients, conduct loyalty programs in the frames of budgeted ones.
• Maintain reporting & analysis;
• Participate in all projects aiming increasing of the SME/SOHO segment or simplifying / perfecting corporate sales procedures.
• Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions.
• Coaches and mentors staff as appropriate to improve performance;
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are correctly implemented in a timely manner;

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience: min 3 years of experience in SME/SOHO or Corporate sales
• Experience: min 3 year of managerial experience in Sales
• Proven practical experience in managing partner/reseller/distr network
• Experience: Telecom/IT is an advantage
• Education: university degree in Economics & Marketing (preferable)
• Language Skills: Azeri/English/Russian – fluent
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Knowledge of structure of SOHO and Medium businesses;
