Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Receptionist.
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Registering and managing the company guests and visitors;
• Greeting, assisting and directing visitors and Company guests;
• Welcome and managing of incoming guests according to existing procedure and make the registration in friendly, accurate and quick manner. Offer the seat and other available services to visitors during waiting period. Answer the visitors’ basic questions related to the Company products and serviced;
• Receiving and re-directing all telephone calls as appropriate and take messages when required;
• Prompt quick arrangement and support of the customers according to the requirements;
• Managing correspondence and communications by telephone, fax and email;
• Arrange provision of necessary company access and control their management;
• Receive business related courier packages;
• Managing office equipment;
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
• Prepare the reports according to the requirements of Administrative department;

Required education and work experience:
• Higher education ;
• 1- 2 years in relevant industry;
• Strong interpersonal skills are required, and being a team player essential;
• Customer focus, proactive and good understanding of Company’ strategy and business model;
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines/ Work well under pressure;
• Solid interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
