Position: Maintenance Engineer for Production Equipment

Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer for Production Equipment to join our highly professional team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• 5-8 years of working experience in a relevant position;
• Fluency in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Computer literate: Research data, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
• Strong time management and ability to use own initiative;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Team player and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for factory equipment, quality and maintenance execution;
• Allocate the mechanical resource to plan and carry out mechanical activities and secure efficient and on-time execution;
• Improve the overall process of mechanical design to meet performance goals including verification and validation during development;
• Support and help other departments to meeting company objectives;
• Inspection and acceptance of responsibility for the operation of all equipment, technical personnel, compliance with safety, operational decision-making;
• Drafting and implementation of planned preventive repairs to equipment;
• Preparation of short-term and long-term budget equipment repair, forecasting and analysis of failures;
• Analysis of the economics of the factory;
• Planning and ordering of spare parts of equipment;
• Interaction with suppliers of spare parts;
• Taking part in the planning and coordination of projects of the factory;
• The Planning and managing annual capital equipment repair.
