“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Credit Risk Underwriter for its Credit Risk Underwriting Department.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Proceeding of loan applications and term sheets received from Loan Origination and Structuring Division for the Corporate Banking segment
Execution of underwriting of credit applications and review of proposed limits by Loan Origination and Structuring Division
Conduct credit risk assessment in accordance with Bank’s approved credit policy and respective procedures developed by Risk Management Department
Perform the analysis of the client’s financial position and future loan repayment capacity, calculation of clients’ credit ratings
Submit credit applications to Head of division for proceeding to Credit Committee for final decision on loans
Interaction with Risk Management Department during the process of credit application assessment in case methodological assistance is needed
Accountability over
• Effectiveness of credit analysis of client’s applications
• Acquiring all relevant information for client’s applications and term sheets assessment
• Meeting prescribed individual KPIs and targets
• Complete and timely execution of credit risk underwriting for each credit application
• Responsible for completeness of each credit application
• Updated knowledge of Bank’s risk management policies and relevant procedures and methodologies for underwriting the applications
• Execution of all functions in the unit in compliance with the relevant internal and external
regulations
