Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

- To do translation with foreign visitors 
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings;
- Liasing with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00$ Sat 09:00 - 15:00

Required skills and experience:

- Male representatives
- Required work experience: 1-2 years
- Education: Bachelor
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages
- Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
