We are searching for Accountant matching the following requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance/accounting or equivalent;
• Experience in any ERP;
• Local’s laws and regulations like VAT, tax, payroll, etc;
• Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);
• Have knowledge on contracts ;
• To be serious and be able to build effective relationships (both internally and externally);
• Should have min. three year repair experience;
• Intermediate level of spoken and written in English, excellence in Azeri and Russian languages.

Responsibilities:

• Cash and bank transactions, production of the basic accounting documents, in particular: credit and debit cash vouchers, payment orders, expense reports, cashbook keeping;
• Ensure a full audit of all issued invoices - respond to any internal audit queries;
• Accounting of the expense reports, registration in accounting program, control of the well-timed payment by the responsible persons ;
• Goods and materials writing off;
• Fuels writing off;
• Assist to the Chief Accountant in preparation of the Tax , Social Security Fund and Statistics reports ;
• Making all accounting works company;
• Control/Process fixed assets amortization.
