Web Designer

The Web Designer is responsible for developing and executing innovative and creative designs for the e-commerce web site: brand & email campaigns, internal & external placements, banners, supporting digital marketing facilities (SEM & SMM), supporting offline marketing.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in print and web design
• Digital graphic design experience required
• Landing pages
• Animated banners
• E-mail design
• Logos, images, buttons
• Photo - editing
• Infographics
• Vector - based images
• Social media images
• Image optimization and load time consideration
• Print Design
• Print media (brochures, flyers, handouts, apparel)
• Large format/banners and signage
• Must provide examples or portfolio of website designs
• Experience with responsive web designs and techniques, accounting for mobile, tablet, and desktop views.
• Front-end development - HTML/CSS, Responsive Design a Huge Plus highly preferred

Candidates should be extremely motivated designers who can easily adapt to the BR aesthetic and value working in a team environment.

• Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, elegant, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging.
• Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes creative leads, brand management, merchandising, marketing, creative technology, and project management.
• Manage timing and deliverables for project work.
• Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously.
