Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an energetic / creative Social Media Specialist to take our fashion brands’ in social media presence to the next level. This position will be immersed in all aspects of social media program management including content creation, publishing and advertising. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the program and ensuring its success.

Responsibilities:

- Own content creation for multiple brands and develop short lead and long lead content calendars based on timely topics and business objectives
- Execute on social media advertising campaigns including management of strategy and budget
- Cooperate with valued business partners to create, manage and execute on small-scale to large-scale social campaigns such as contests
- Interact with social fans on a daily basis, using enterprise-level social tools, to develop and nurture valuable relationships 
- Analyze social data to gain key insight into consumer behaviors and create and present reports to small and large groups
- Stay on top of all digital trends to ensure brands’ online relevancy

The perfect candidate is a self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude.  You are a self-sufficient and detail oriented individual who has a strong interest in digital marketing. You possess excellent writing and communication skills. You demonstrate experience social media advertising and knowledge of popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of Advertising and Marketing Experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to work with a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and capability to support multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, foursquare Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram.
- Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools
- Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
