Position Title: Legal/Contract Coordinator

Employer: Kaspiyan Tehlukesizlik Baltalari LLC

Reports to: Country Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Drafting contracts, acts, orders and other legal documents in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages based on the client’s request;
• Processing contract management, registration and controlling authorization procedures;
• Archiving existing contracts in accordance with company’s procedures;
• Negotiating with counterparties before and in the course of ‘legal documents and contracts’ drafting;
• Following and controlling expiration dates of the existing contracts, providing prolongation/update/additions upon request
• Registration of existing and new contracts in the system;
• Assisting in fulfilment of other different legal tasks requested from Legal adviser side;
• Researching, compiling and updating legal guidance and reference materials, implementing guidelines for the contract review process managing existing customer contracts.
• Performing other legal tasks assigned by the Country Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in Law (master degree as an advantage);
• Experience in the practice of law-3 years (oil gas sphere is advantage)
• Knowledge of contract law, civil, civil-judicial, administrative responsibility
• Knowledge of international legal procedure standards and instruments as an advantage
• Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Excellent languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data required
• Demonstrable organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
