Digital Customer Support Agent

Avirtel is looking for Digital Customer Support Agent.
The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all our customers through Social media and Digital channels including emails, web chat, internet and social media. The focus of this role is determining our customers' needs and helping to find the best solution.
A Digital Customer Support Agent is responsible for co-ordinating customer enquiries, complaints, compliments, feedback and will be required to maintain a competent understanding of the company's products and services to appropriately handle customer enquiries and promote services when applicable.
Demonstrated knowledge and a strong understanding of our range of services and solutions would be advantageous, but extensive training will be provided.

To be successful, a candidate will:

  Have excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  Professionally handle customer inquiries through email, phone, web chat and/or social media
  Type at least 65 words per minute
  Have some previous experience and/or training in business writing skills, and digital marketing.
  Be MS Office Proficient (Word, Outlook & Excel)
  Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders to effectively ensure customers' requirements are met
  Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to adapt to change
  Have a genuine desire to be part of a high performing team environment
  Have an ability to problem solve and have customer negotiation skills
  Have some general office administration skills with attention to detail the ability to prioritize and multi task
