Head of Business Support and Management Information Systems


The role will be responsible for:

• Managing and solving problems in a multi-server environment, through a variety of software systems and applications, including, but not limited to:
o CRM – Customer Relationship Management;
o ERP – Enterprise Resource Management;
o BI – Business Intelligence;
o DWH – Data Ware House;
o CEM – Customer Experience Management;
o CMS – Campaign Management System;
• Analyzing technology and industry trends to determine organizational objectives, and then develop strategic plans to meet goals;
• Ensuring that technological resources work reliably, meet production goals and will function into the future;
• Providing system/s stability across platforms;
• Building and managing a team, involving, recruiting, hiring and mentoring staff;
• Liaising with security function to supervise security efforts to prevent breaches, and to keep data and confidential information safe;
• Interfacing with management to report on department activities and return on investment analysis for systems expenditures;
• Analyzing, researching and recommending improvements to current systems and infrastructure.


Requirements:

• University degree (IT and Technology preferred)
• Solid understanding of IT and Technology
• At least 5 year experience in management of related domains (CRM, ERP, BI, DWH, CEM, CMS)
• Business minded
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English
