Position: HR Administrator (Site)

Work Location: Onshore, Camp Base Facilities, Borsunlu and other locations in Ganja and Tovuz regions as per project evolvement

Education: Higher Education

Work Experience: Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Administration / Operations, preferably in HR Field

Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (is an asset)

Other Skills/Certificates Required:

• Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner;
• Knowledge of personnel administration and procedures;
• Very good command of written and spoken English;
• Be fluent in standard software for PC such as MS Office;
• Flexible to go on business trips / missions.

Responsibilities:

• Assure efficient co-ordination of personnel tracking system and administration of personnel matters on site;
• Support HR Department and Project in maintaining required administration of all personnel on site in line with Company procedures;
• Deliver employment agreements for site employees, explanation of contractual terms and conditions to the employee and seeking for acknowledgement;
• Prepare and co-ordinates staff rotations as instructed by the project;
• Monitor and organizes the arrival and departure of all personnel on site and arrange transport of all departing personnel to final destination;
• Ensure all new arrivals are in possession of a valid medical certificates and valid safety training certificates as per Company standards;
• Consulting the site employees regarding contract related documents such as procedures, rules, working hours, compensation, employment certificates etc;
• Updates and Maintains personnel data as retaining  passports and other required documents of all personnel;
• Updates Staff List/ Personnel Onboard List;
• Prepare  monthly payroll sheets (inserting man-hours, cash advances/expenses and other necessary adjustments) for camp crew linking the dedicated Job Number for cost allocation under the supervision and signature by related Supervisors and issues to Company;
• Log/arrange/distribute incoming and outgoing mail as per standing instructions;
• Supervise accommodation / cleaning and servicing;
• Assist site personnel to document and maintain their individual competence Portfolio’s;
• Liaise with related parties to ensure that all crew mandatory courses are kept current and the personal records of the crew are updated accordingly;
• Support in preparing other reports and data analysis;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
