Emergency Specialist
Location: Office
Department: QHSE
Employment Type: Full-time
Assist Emergency Coordinator in preparedness and management of foreseeable emergency cases.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain emergency plans and procedures
Coordinate emergency management and response activities
Organize Emergency Management Team (EMT) and Emergency Response Teams (ERT) within the Company
Provide emergency preparedness training for both EMT and ERT’s
Organize and conduct regular drills with each ERT’s at each shift (onshore/offshore)
Trace reporting of each conducted drills and follow-up actions.
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields;
• Good communication and influencing skills;
• Ambition to succeed;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
