Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Meat Farms Project Manager to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing the Meat farms (cattle & sheep of meat breeds) Projects in GILAN Agricultural Group;
• Responsible for preparing Business Plans, Budgeting & Delivering projects;
• Monitoring the implementation of Meat Farms Management across Agricultural Group, if needed makes amendments;
• Creates the economic analysis and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors;
• Develops, mentors, and trains Meat Farms activity team & conducts monitoring to make sure business goals are met;
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance;
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Project Management and Administration, with substantial knowledge in Cattle & sheep meat fields.
• University Degree (in Agriculture, Natural Resources Management or social science),
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
