Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for Dairy Farm Construction to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing the Dairy Farm Construction Project(s) in GILAN Agricultural Group,
• Responsible for preparing Business Plans, Budgeting & Delivering projects,
• Managing and delivering new/unfinished builds and refurbishments to quality standards, time and approved budgets,
• Providing regular updates on project progress, risks and issues to ensure that momentum in project development and delivery is maintained,
• Creates the economic analysis and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors,
• Develops, mentors, and trains Dairy Farm team & conducts monitoring to make sure business goals are met,
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Project Management and Administration, with substantial knowledge in Farm, Food and Beverage Construction fields.
• University Degree (in Engineering/Architecture or Construction Management),
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
