Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Aquaculture Project Manager to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing  the Aquaculture Projects in Agricultural group,
• Responsible for preparing Business Plans, Budgeting and Delivering projects,
• Monitoring the implementation of Aquaculture Management across Agricultural Group, if needed makes amendments,
• Creates the economic analysis and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors,
• Develops, mentors, and trains Aquaculture activity team and conducts monitoring to make sure business goals are met,
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Project Management and Administration, with substantial knowledge in Aquaculture/fisheries fields.
• University Degree (in Fisheries, Natural Resources Management, Aquaculture or social science),
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
