Commercial Specialist (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Involve in preparation of contracts and BoQ
• Raise Purchase Orders in company software
• Involve in Quantity Surveying
• Monitor ongoing construction works and raise variations where necessary
• Raise Purchase Requests for side materials&services necessary for ongoing contract
• Reconcile progress reports to contrcats&variations, prepare/submit payment requests
• Prepare periodical executive reports
• Follow-up movement of excess materials

Status

• Reporting to: Head of Finance Dept.
• Travelling work time: >50% (inside Azerbaijan)

Skills / Experience

• Construction industry background
• High-level documentation practices
• Intermediate English language level
• Basic finance knowledge is advantage
