A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Group Director of Engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, develop and implement procedures for all Hotels managed by ABSHERON Hotel Group for engineering, maintenance and repair operations.
 Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to ensure Engineering staff is maintaining drive and focus while complying with the policies and procedures.
 Plan, develop and monitor implementation of preventive maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
 Supervise and coordinate Engineering activities with the Engineering Directors of the Hotels to achieve minimal operational disruption.
 Monitor Engineering Department training and development.
 Actively participate in ABSHERON Hotel Group’s quarterly strategic planning and forecast review meeting.
 Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills/Qualifications:

 Above average professional hotel industry reputation with a proven track record of successful and profitable management of 5-Star business and leisure hotels in Engineering positions.
 Operations details oriented to ensure highest standard of hotel assets upkeep and services.
 Strong business acumen with strategic thinking for operational efficiency and commercial success.
