Job Title: Logistics Manager

Key Accountabilities
 
• Management (maintenance, circulation and archiving) of logistics documentation;
• Management of materials/items lifecycle, tracking of their locations and ensuring their proper reflection in accounting books and inventory databases;
• Control over stock levels to avoid over purchase and regular review of minimum stock levels jointly with relevant functions of the company;
• Supervision over outsourced warehouse management and conduct of warehouse inspections;
• Organize the storage and distribution of goods.
• Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time (Ensure that products are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget)
• Organize transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.
• Plan vehicle routes to deliver the product to locations;

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• Education and certification programs for Procurement are considered an asset;
• Understanding of commercial and financial figures;
• Excellent knowledge of the supply chain;
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation;
• Understanding of local market and pricing
• Thorough knowledge of processes within and beyond own function;
• Knowledge of  reporting, planning and budgeting
• Good oral and written communication skills; analytical skills;
• The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines;
• Have own vehicle and driving license
• Excellent MS Office user ;
• Proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian
