PASHA Bank is one of Azerbaijan’s leading corporate banks. The Bank works particularly closely with companies operating in the non-oil sectors of the economy, including agriculture, transportation, construction and retail, which are vital for helping Azerbaijan to diversify its economy.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluation and Control of predefined Customer Service Standards implementation by Call Centre and Branches.
• Monitoring of Branches for exterior, interior, customer service place, cashiers place and general view.
• Scoring of Call Centre & Branch employees due to their performance.
• Scoring of Call Centre & Branch employees due to their performance.
• Measurement & Optimisation of Customer Service processes.
• Measurement & Optimisation of Customer Service processes.
• Definition of improvement opportunities for Call Centre and Branch employees.
• Preparation and timely updates of interactive information tool (FAQ) which will be an information source for whole bank.
EXPERIENCE
• Experienced with minimum 2 years in Customer Service Evaluation (Banking Experience is plus);
QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree.
SKILLS
• Analytical ability;
• Attention to detail;
• Logical reasoning;
• Time management;
• Working under pressure;
• Good knowledge in English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must;
• Fluency in Office Programs.
