PASHA Bank is one of Azerbaijan’s leading corporate banks. Established in 2007, we offer all major financial services, including investment banking, trade financing and asset management to a range of clients, from large corporates to small and medium enterprises. The Bank works particularly closely with companies operating in the non-oil sectors of the economy, including agriculture, transportation, construction and retail, which are vital for helping Azerbaijan to diversify its economy.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Structuring of credit deals activities making use of available Bank products and ensuring their suitability to clients’ needs and compliance with respective Bank’s policies and procedures
Preparation of initial financial and non-financial analysis of client position needed for structuring of the deal
Execution of financial modelling for clients position assessment
Proposing the limits to Credit Risk Underwriting and for further Committee approval
Correct and timely filling in all necessary documentation specified by SLA for the deal based on analysis conducted
Entering into communications with authorized representatives of the client through/with presence of the respective relationship manager from Corporate Sales Department during the process of deal structuring
Requesting information from the client necessary for initial analysis and risk assessment, coordinate delivery of respective information to Credit Risk Underwriting Department and coordinate additional request for client’s information if necessary
Make decisions about loan structures and right mix of products suitable for client under supervision and advisory of Head of Corporate/Commercial Banking Analysis within Loan Structuring division.
EXPERIENCE
• Experienced with minimum 1-3 years in Credit Management area;
• Asset would be working in different private sector companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree (required, financial or economical background), international education is asset.
SKILLS
• Analytical ability;
• Attention to detail;
• Logical reasoning;
• Time management;
• Working under pressure;
• Good knowledge in English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must;
• Fluency in Office Programs.
